What this app does

Posity Ads Manager lets Posity's internal team connect Posity's own Google Ads account (via the Google Ads API) to Posity's internal reporting spreadsheets, in order to automate daily advertising reports, monitor budgets and perform routine campaign maintenance on our own account.

Posity Ads Manager is built and operated by Posity, a Dutch e-commerce brand for home & living products. The application is not a product: it is not distributed, sold or licensed, and it cannot be used by clients, other advertisers or the general public.

Features & functionality

Daily performance reporting — the application retrieves performance metrics of our own Google Ads campaigns (campaign, ad group, keyword and asset group level: impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value / ROAS) and writes them to internal spreadsheets used by the Posity team.
Budget monitoring — it compares daily spend against planned budgets and flags overspend, underdelivery or significant performance changes to the team.
Routine campaign maintenance — after internal review, it can pause or enable campaigns, adjust campaign budgets and maintain negative keyword lists — always and only on Posity's own account.

Which Google user data the application requests, and how it is used

The application requests authorization for a single OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords (the Google Ads API scope). This authorization is granted by Posity's own account administrator and gives the application access to only the Google Ads campaign data of Posity's own advertising account: campaign settings, budgets, keywords and performance statistics.

This data is used exclusively for the reporting, budget monitoring and campaign maintenance features described above.
The data is processed and stored on Posity company hardware and in Posity's internal spreadsheets. It is never sold, rented, shared with or transferred to third parties, and it is not used for advertising other than managing our own account.
The application does not access, collect or store any data about customers, website visitors or any other end users. No personal data of end users is involved.
OAuth tokens are stored securely on company hardware, are accessible only to Posity's internal team, and can be revoked at any time by the account administrator.

Posity Ads Manager's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who has access

Only internal team members of Posity (the founder and internal operations staff) can use the application. There is no public sign-up, no external user interface and no third-party access of any kind.
